Every route is computed against your rig's height, width, length, weight, and propane. Low clearances, weight-restricted bridges, and hazmat tunnels are avoided. The transparency panel on each trip lists exactly which constraints applied and what they cost you in time, compared honestly against the fastest car route.

That leg couldn't be computed RV-safe (usually a data gap), so we fell back to car-grade routing (CAR) or a straight-line estimate (EST), and told you, instead of pretending. Treat badged legs with normal driving judgment.

Range rings show how far your daily drive limit (trip settings, or your profile default) reaches along the route. The Within reach panel lists the overnight options near each day's edge, closest to where your route crosses that day's limit first. You choose which kinds show up in preferences: RV parks, campgrounds, Harvest Hosts, rest stops, or Walmart lots.

Yes. Distance off route searches 40, 75, or 120 miles either side of the route, and Stop early by up to starts the search 30, 75, or 120 miles short of each day's limit. Set your defaults under Trip preferences on your profile; every trip follows them unless it sets its own. To change one trip, pick a distance in that trip's Within reach panel; choose Use my default to go back.

ETAs come from the routing engine tuned for RV speeds, then calibrated against real anonymized drive times shared by travelers who opt in. Wind, construction, and how often you stop for kolaches remain your department.

Yes. Open an overnight stop in your trip and enter the stay total from your reservation confirmation, with taxes and fees. The trip's estimated cost adds your stay totals to fuel and tolls. Stay totals and reservation numbers never appear on a shared trip link.

Pick a template like Departure or Arrival, or start blank, then make it yours: sections, notes, and a critical flag for the items that matter most. Check things off as you go. When you press All done, the list resets itself for next time. No copying, no rebuilding.

On the phone, yes. Checking, completing, and resetting all work offline and sync the moment you are back online. Editing a list's structure needs a connection.

Yes, on the same account. One person outside on the phone and one inside on a tablet see each other's checks land as they happen.

Open the list's menu and choose Share. Anyone with the link can view it and add a copy to their own account. Sign in first if you are adding one; the import finishes on your Checklists page.

Anyone with the link. That's the point, and the risk. The link is unguessable, viewers can't edit anything, and turning sharing off kills the link instantly.

Only while you have GPS following on AND the live toggle enabled. Positions stream to viewers in real time; only a once-a-minute "last seen" is stored. Family sees where you are on the route and how far off it you've drifted (useful if something goes wrong).

No. Uploaded photos are re-encoded server-side, which strips EXIF metadata including GPS coordinates. Photos are private by default; making one public is an explicit per-photo choice.

One number per completed leg: how long it actually took versus predicted. Never your location, never a track. It's off by default and helps make everyone's ETAs honest.
